Will Kwan

Will Kwan has served on the co-op Board of a 193-unit co-op located in Murray Hill consecutively since 1997. He has experience in all of the officer roles and is currently a Director. His professional background includes over 24 years of corporate experience in the Technology Division of Goldman Sachs and several years at the PropTech start up, BoardPackager. He has also invested in various co-ops and condo apartments in NYC and Jersey City over the past 25 years. Currently, he is a Managing Partner at EZ Election Solutions, a comprehensive election management company focusing on the residential co-op, condo and HOA in NYC and surrounding areas.
