Kensington has all the convenience of Brooklyn but not its jaw-dropping prices, and this two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo, which is asking $650,000, is just below the median price of $687,000 for a two bedroom in the south Brooklyn neighborhood.

The 936-square-foot apartment, 264 Webster Ave, #410, has industrial-style windows, allowing lots of light to enter the space.

Photos of a model unit in the building show wide-plank oak floors throughout. The same light blond wood is used in the kitchen as well, giving the unit a pulled-together feel.

The kitchen has an island that doubles as a bar, and the countertops and backsplash are gray Ceasarstone with a mix of glossy white lacquer and oak cabinetry.  All the appliances are stainless steel.

The layout is well thought through, with a closet and in-unit washer/dryer near the entryway. Access to the balcony is via the living room and the oversize windows makes the interior feel spacious.

The condo has two bathrooms, one off the master bedroom and a second off the kitchen/living room. The master bath has a clean finish in Carrara marble and the second has a white textured subway tile with a gray porcelain on the floor.

Monthly common charges for the unit are $877. The building was completed earlier this year and has a bike room, gym, a kids’ playroom, a roof deck, a media room and storage available. Another plus is parking offered in the building. The condo also has a 15 year 421-a tax abatement, which could provide some savings.

There's a part-time attendant and a virtual doorman, an app that can connect to security cameras so you can still get packages delivered at awkward times. The building is pet-friendly and even has a wet room for washing and grooming the dog after those muddy walks in Prospect Park.

The condo is a 5 minute walk to the B and Q  trains, 10 minutes to the F train, and the apartment is also served by the B68 and B8.
