This four-bedroom, four-and-a-half bathroom condo is listed by Stribling for $4.9 million, a price point that's a given for such a coveted location. 

The images are from a model apartment and reflect the finishes and fixtures you can expect, though the layout of the actual unit may vary. Throughout, you'll find new oak wood floors and large, light-filledrooms; this unit's living, dining, and master bedrooms all face the park. 

The kitchen in this apartment is off the dining room, and features marble countertops and backsplashes; a sizeable island adds counter space, and a large pantry provides extra storage, in addition to elegant glass cabinets.
