There's an entry foyer, a sunken living area and a west-facing triple window. Plus, there are other prewar details such as high ceilings and walnut-stained oak floors.

We always appreciate when a studio is more than just one room.

The separate kitchen, on the other hand, feels more modern. It's also got a sleek white color palette and new appliances (see below). And a window, too!
