A renovated two-bedroom, 2 bath in Gramercy has nice new fixtures. But look at those floors -- a tad too shiny for us.

This recently renovated $3,700 two-bedroom, two-bath in Gramercy has been spruced up with nice appliances, and feels new.

Pros: A washer and dryer in the unit! This is a huge pro considering the con below. While the kitchen occupies nothing more than a corner, it does fit a full range of appliances, including a dishwasher. The baths look to be a step above basic, and the exposed brick and plank hardwood floors give the whole space a warm, but still urban feel.

Cons: This is in a walk-up building. We're not fans of that super shiny over-poly urethaned floor.
