Some new affordable housing options for middle-income renters have just hit the scene: Applications are now open for 55 apartments at 325 East 25th Street in Murray Hill, for renters earning between $60,138 and $108,720.

The units are a mix of studios, one-bedrooms, and two-bedrooms geared toward a variety of household sizes and incomes; see below for the full list of options:

The building is run by housing nonprofit Phipps Houses, and will include a 24-hour concierge, package room, bike room, a "landscaped rear yard for passive recreation" and, for extra fees, laundry and community rooms.

Preference for half of the apartments will be given to current neighborhood residents of Manhattan's Community Board 6, and applications are due by July 27th. If you're interested and think you qualify, apply online via NYC Housing Connect, or request a paper application by sending a self-addressed envelope to KB25, 243 5TH Avenue, Box 428, New York, NY 10016.
