Apply to live in a Midtown doorman building for $1,450 a month

Applications are open for 19 housing lottery apartments in a Midtown luxury building.

The apartments are in the Eos, a new 47-story, 375 unit building on 31st Street at Sixth Avenue. They are studios and one and two bedrooms, set aside for households making $51,532-$114,480, with rents starting at $1,448 for a studio, reserved for single people making $51,532-$60,120 a year. (Compare to market-rate studios in the building, which are renting for over $3,600 a month.)

The building, built by the Durst Organization, also houses Nike's new New York City headquarters, and for a fee, tenants will have access to a 15,000 square foot gym with a 75-foot pool, a half basketball court, and a spin studio. The building also has a game room, laundry, an attended lobby, a media room, and a roof terrace.
