Sagaponack, a small village in the Town of Southampton, is the most expensive zip code in New York State and second-most expensive in the U.S. according to a recent RealtyHop report.

It has a median asking price of $6,972,000, which is a 16.31 percent increase year over year according to the report. Right now there are 25 houses listed on Zillow ranging from $3,850,000 to nearly $50,000,000. As expected, most of the houses have large yards, inground pools plus other luxe amenities like home theaters and outdoor kitchens.

If you aren’t familiar with Sagaponack, the oceanfront community is located between Bridgehampton and Wainscott. Here you’ll find Wölffer Estate Vineyard, Gibson Beach, Sagaponack Sculpture Field, Madoo Conservancy, and Loaves & Fishes.
