Still hungry for the Hamptons? These East End houses under $2 million are hosting open houses this weekend

While this has been Beyond the Hamptons week at Brick Underground, we're not completely immune to the charms of the East End. (It is, after all, the classic summer vacation spot for New Yorkers.) If the array of other getaway options we've unfurled these past five days still leaves you pining for a proper house on the South Fork, there are plenty of properties up for the taking—and for less than the average price of a Manhattan apartment (per Douglas Elliman's first-quarter market report). Here, a selection of weekend open houses for those on the Hamptons hunt:

24 Brandwyine Drive, Sag Harbor. A three-bedroom, two-bath cottage in a bucolic setting with a heated pool. Asking price: $1.125 million. Open house: Saturday, June 4, 11 am to 12:30 pm.

199 Roses Grove Road, Water Mill. For just slightly under $1.2 million, you get three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, and a pool! Asking price: $1.195 million. Open house: Saturday, June 4, 11:30 am to 1 pm.

152 Montauk Highway, Quogue South. This renovated 3800-square-foot house has four bedrooms, a den, and a pool. Asking price: $1.7 million. Open house: Saturday, June 4, 12 noon to 1 pm.
