It’s September already, and even though the weather is still very warm, leaves have begun to fall and thoughts are turning to autumn. This two-bedroom, two-bath condo, 361 Clinton St., #2A, on the border between Carroll Gardens and Cobble Hill, can provide the ideal transition to the new season with its wood-burning fireplace. It is listed for $1,150,000.

It also offers a bit of value as the median price for a two bedroom in Carroll Gardens is $1,249,000, according to StreetEasy.
