This one goes out to all the pied-a-terre types hoping for a turnkey apartment in the heart of the city (or armchair listing browsers in seek of decor inspiration): Two NYC designers have put their two-bedroom Flatiron condo on the market, and it's available furnished with loads of their own custom pieces.

Mercedes Desio and Alberto Villalobos—the design team that owns downtown decor boutique Etos—are asking $7,500 a month for their condo on East 39th Street, which also features floor-to-ceiling windows looking out on the city skyline, and an all-white open kitchen:

The master bedroom has walk-in closets (and more of those floor-to-ceiling windows), and an en-suite marble bathroom with sleek fixtures:

The building is tricked out with standard high-end condo amenities—a full-time concierge and doorman, on-site fitness center with yoga room, etc.—but the real draw here might be the building's rooftop space, which is furnished for lounging and has views of the river, as well as the Empire State and Chrysler buildings. Something to consider as we start to dream of the warmer months...
