Got a $4,000 budget each month? You'll still need to look in Brooklyn, Queens and the Bronx, for more spacious two- and three-bedroom options. On the plus side, if you’re just starting out, there may not be a need to purchase furniture, as you can find fully furnished apartments that fit your budget.
