Whether you're a virgin or veteran NYC renter, you probably prefer to avoid broker's fees. Luckily, apartment search site Naked Apartments has options with fees that top out at 9 percent (as opposed to the usual 12 to 15 percent). We've rounded up current finds in all five boroughs.
