Looking for a building with amenities? We don’t blame you. This week, StreetEasy’s Most Wanted -- the 10 sales listings that buyers perusing StreetEasy saved more often than any others -- features apartments with plenty of pluses.

A $1.25m two-bedroom condo on Central Park West and 97th Street offers park views, and the building is complete with a full-time doorman, on-site super, resident’s fitness room, children’s playroom, library/community room and on-site parking (with a wait list). Low monthly carrying charges (common charges $695, taxes $308) may ease the knowledge that the unit needs renovations. A $279 assessment is in place through June 2013.

A few blocks down on Central Park West and West 83rd Street is a $550k one-bedroom co-op made up of two connected studio apartments in a full-service building. The pied-a-terre-friendly Bolivar has a full-time doorman, concierge, live-in super, library, party room, shared planted roof deck and a refrigerated “Fresh Direct” room. There’s also a laundry room, though there’s the potential for an in-unit W/D with board approval. Note the apartment is in need of renovation.

If a doorman is one amenitiy that's not essential to your real estate happiness, consider a $749k one-bedroom co-op in the West Village. Located on Perry and Bleecker Streets, this renovated prewar unit in an elevator building offers bike storage, a laundry room, storage cages and a common roof deck. The appliances here are top-of-the-line: the windowed kitchen has a SubZero fridge and freezer and Fisher Paykel dishwasher drawer. The bathroom has Dornbracht fixtures.
