No-Fee Apartment of the Week: $2,500 one-bedroom in Greenpoint

We're liking the new, modern and spacious look of this just-under 700-square-foot $2,500 one-bedroom at luxury building The Viridian in Greenpoint.

Pros: The building has a pool, gym, sauna, steam room, roof deck and 24-hour doorman. The apartments are new and modern.

Cons: Reviews of the building management haven't been stellar, though the management has recently changed. The bedroom seems a little on the small side, and the price is slightly high for the neighborhood, which is still not quite as gentrified as its neighbor, Williamsburg.
