Concession Alert!

Clinton Grand, a new building located at 74 Grand Avenue in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn, is offering no-fee apartments with one month free rent. There are currently 27 units available, ranging from a 749 square-foot one bedroom with a net effective rent of $2,012 to a 1,675 square-foot three bedroom for $3,866. The building has a rooftop terrace, a lounge, parking, and pets are allowed.

In Battery Park City, the 1,700 unit complex Gateway Plaza continues to offer one-month free rent. Twelve units are listed, ranging from a 550 square-foot studio for $2,295 to a 1,200 square-foot two bedroom for $3,990. The renovated apartments, many with views, have new kitchens and baths, and the building's lobbies have been redone recently as well. The complex has a swimming pool and health club, gated security, and parking. Pets are allowed, and would be happy to call BPC home.
