BrickUnderground has learned that the Aire, the new ultra-luxe rental managed by Rose Associates at 200 West 67th Street and Amsterdam Avenue, is giving away one month free and paying the broker's fee as well. For parents, there's an unadvertised tuition-sized benefit too: The Aire is snugly located in the coveted P.S. 199 school zone.
This week Apartment Therapy rounds up some swanky daybeds-for-a-downsized-dwelling, aimed at filling the vacancy between Aerobed and dedicated guest room.
