We were surprised to read in the New York Times just how much:"You're likely to pay about 32 percent more on average for homeowner insurance than those with stellar credit, according to a report from the insurance data firm Quadrant Information Services." Got bad credit? You'll pay about twice as much, according to the paper.

Usually we focus on studio apartments in this column (hence the name Small Wonder), but seeing as it's Back to School Week here on Brick, we figured we'd feature a (still equally small) Lower East Side two-bedroom that could potentially fit a (small) family. Compared to those 300-square-foot tiny houses we've read so much about, this 600-square-foot space is practically a mansion.
