NYC's cheapest nabes for renters, dealing with your radiator, & more

This week readers visited Brick Underground to find out New York City's most affordable neighborhoods for renters. Getting a deal in the city is especially challenging now, so Brick partnered with RentHop to pinpoint the neighborhoods in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, and the Bronx with the lowest median rent for one bedrooms.
