Here are the NYC apartments for sale with the deepest price chops in June

Manhattan continued to see an increase in the number of sellers slashing their listing prices last month, according to RealtyHop's monthly report.

The five neighborhoods with the most cuts were in Manhattan once again, and saw a range of 158 to 249 cuts, compared to 146 to 227 last month. Continuing the trend, the Upper East Side-Carnegie Hill area saw the most price drops again, with a 249 cuts, up from 227. Turtle Bay-East Midtown saw the second-most cuts with 207 drops, an increase from 192. 

In its monthly price drop report, RealtyHop identifies neighborhoods with the highest total number of price cuts. It also highlights areas with the biggest percentage drop in median price, and the biggest median dollar price drop.

Three of the five apartments with the biggest dollar price drop were at 432 Park Ave. in Midtown. A Flatiron five-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bath condo saw the biggest dollar drop with a $4,000,000 cut to $58,000,000. A Gravesend one-bedroom, one-bath co-op took the top spot for the largest percentage drop with a 50 percent cut to $348,000.

23 East 22nd St., #PH, Flatiron 

This five bedroom, five and a half bath saw a $4,000,000 cut to $58,000,000. The penthouse features floor-to-ceiling windows, a spiral staircase, wraparound terrace, hardwood floors, built-ins, stainless steel appliances, and a library. Amenities include a doorman, concierge, residents-only club, and fitness center.

432 Park Ave., #66A, Midtown

This three bedroom, three and a half bath saw a $2,500,000 drop to $26,500,000. The condo has oversized windows, hardwood floors, custom millwork, built-ins, Miele appliances, high ceilings, and a library. The building has a fitness center, terrace, private restaurant, doorman, and concierge. 

145 Central Park West, #4C, Upper West Side

This three bedroom, four and a half bath saw a $2,480,000 cut to $17,495,000. Apartment #4C has stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, beamed ceilings, millwork, moldings, recessed and track lighting, and a laundry room. The building has a doorman, bike storage, fitness center, and laundry room.

432 Park Ave., #63B, Midtown

This three bedroom, four and a half bath saw a $2,250,000 drop to $25,750,000. The condo has oversized windows, hardwood floors, high ceilings, marble countertops, Miele stainless steel appliances, radiant heated floors, blackout shades, and a private elevator landing. Amenities include a fitness center, terrace, private restaurant, doorman, and concierge. 

432 Park Ave., #37A, Midtown

This three bedroom, four and a half bath saw a $2,225,000 drop to $22,775,000. Apartment #37A has a private elevator landing, high ceilings, oversized windows, Miele stainless steel appliances, built-ins, central air, and a breakfast bar. The building has a doorman, concierge, fitness studio, indoor pool, and library.

Top 5 NYC addresses with the highest percentage price drop in June

80 Avenu P, #F7, Gravesend

This one bedroom, one bath saw a 50 percent cut to $348,000. It has a fireplace, hardwood floors, moldings, and stainless steel appliances. Amenities include a laundry room and security system.

404 Logan St., East New York

This four bedroom, two bath saw a 29 percent drop to $499,000. The townhouse is being sold as is and needs repairs and updates according to the listing. It has a basement and garage.     

59 East 72nd St., #1A, Upper East Side

This two room, two bath saw a 29 percent cut to $250,000. The co-op is currently set up as a medical office. 

465 Park Ave., #26C, Midtown

This one bedroom, one bath saw a 29 percent cut to $925,000. Apartment #26C features hardwood floors, moldings, GE white appliances, a balcony, foyer, and walk-in closet. The building has a doorman, fitness center, valet parking, and a live-in super. 

150 East 61st St., #3B, Lenox Hill    

This studio saw a 28 percent drop to $259,000. The co-op has parquet floors, oversized windows, five closets, a foyer, and sleeping alcove. Amenities include a doorman, gym, laundry room, bike storage, and parking garage.
