Here are the NYC apartments for sale with the deepest price chops in July
Fewer sellers dropped their listing prices in July and Manhattan continued to see the most cuts, according to RealtyHop's monthly price drop report.
Turtle Bay-East Midtown saw the most drops with a total of 138, a slight drop from 141 cuts last month when the area took the second spot on the list. Upper East Side-Carnegie Hill came in second with a total of 125, down from 162 previously. For the first time in recent months, an outer-borough neighborhood made the list: Forest Hills, Queens, which took fifth with 94 drops.
In its monthly price drop report, RealtyHop identifies neighborhoods with the highest total number of price cuts. It also highlights areas with the biggest percentage drop in median price, and the biggest median dollar price drop.
The apartment that saw the biggest dollar price drop was an Upper West Side three-bedroom, four-bath co-op with a $3,000,000, or 18 percent drop, to $13,950,000. A Bayside, Queens three-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bath house had the biggest percentage price cut to $1,625,000, down 33 percent.

This three bedroom, four bath saw a $3,000,000 drop to $13,950,000.
