Midtown Manhattan is one of the last parts of Manhattan to bounce back from the pandemic, and as such, one of the few areas where you can find a deal on an amenitized apartment in Manhattan, brokers tell Brick Underground.

You can find discounts on apartments in amenity-laden buildings in neighborhoods like Kips Bay, Murray Hill, and Hudson Yards—places from where you can easily walk to Midtown’s office towers. But you should think fast: Brokers say once summer ends and more people return to the office, prices are expected to rise.

Even if you don’t work in Midtown, it offers a lot of convenience—thanks to the multiple subway lines that stop here. You’ll also be close to lots of dining and shopping in Hudson Yards, Herald Square, Bryant Park, and along Second and Third avenues in Kips Bay and Murray Hill.

So if you’re looking to buy a place in Midtown, check out these five apartments for sale, including a renovated one bedroom in Midtown South.
