Listings with deep price cuts, best sites for finding a roomie, & more

This week readers visited Brick Underground to check out the New York City apartments on the market with the biggest price cuts. The five neighborhoods that saw the most drops were in Manhattan, with the Upper East Side-Carnegie Hill topping the list, according to RealtyHop's monthly report
