Here are 5 Brooklyn no-fee rentals with a month or more free

If you’re looking for a deal on an apartment rental in Brooklyn, now is a good time, but you should act fast: New lease signings surged in the borough last month to the highest level since 2008.

Still, you can find deals like multiple months of free rent and no broker fee: Brooklyn landlords offered concessions to nearly 40 percent of new signed leases last month compared to 29 percent of new leases in February 2020. And, the borough’s median rent fell last month 15.3 percent to $2,625, according to the most recent Elliman Report.

Right now, there are around 140 no-fee rentals offering at least one month free listed on StreetEasy. So, you have some options, but there aren’t as many apartments with deals listed as there are in Manhattan.

So, if you need help with your Brooklyn apartment hunt, consider these five no-fee apartments offering one or more months of free rent in Downtown Brooklyn, Carroll Gardens, Prospect Lefferts Gardens, Windsor Terrace, and Williamsburg.

33 Bond St., #920, Downtown Brooklyn
