The 37 affordable apartments at 810 Fulton are reserved for New Yorkers with household incomes between $81,258 and $159,640, depending on household size and whether you’re applying for a studio, one bedroom, or two bedrooms. Monthly rents range from $2,370 to just over $3,000, and includes gas for cooking. There is no broker’s fee, and you can bank on those prices not rising dramatically, as all of the apartments are rent stabilized.

The lottery for 810 Fulton is officially open until October 21st. Qualified applicants will be required to meet additional selection criteria, and applicants who live in New York City receive preferential status for apartments.
