Rent-to-own condo programs, dealing with a dripping AC, & more

It's a small phenomenon that happens when luxury sales stall, and is coming back in the pandemic. There are at least five of these programs across the city, which allow renters to apply a portion or even all of their first-year rent toward the purchase price.
