Here are 5 NYC apartments for sale with private outdoor space, for under $1,000,000
If you’re in the market for a New York City apartment right now, your must-haves might include one of the city's most coveted amenities: private outdoor space.
These apartments are typically pricier, but in today’s market, you are more likely to get a deal on apartments that were previously out of reach. Sellers are returning to the market and the number of listings is up, however sales are very low, according to a new PropertyShark report. That means you have more options and may be able to negotiate the price.
Whether it’s a balcony, terrace, roof deck, or backyard, having private outdoor space means you can be socially distanced outdoors and avoid more crowded shared or public spaces. Another bonus: You can get fresh air while you’re working from home.
Check out these five apartments for sale under $1,000,000 (some are a lot less) with private outdoor space in Astoria, Lenox Hill, Wingate, Fort Hamilton, and the East Village.
