Harlem is one of the city’s most historic and beautiful areas, and this apartment, 2247 Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Blvd., #4C, on the corner of West 132nd Street, is right in the heart of everything the neighborhood has to offer.
Plus, its close proximity to City College, St. Nicholas Park, and several playgrounds make this two bedroom, one bath a good option for college students or families.

The open kitchen is just off the living room, and there’s just a tiny amount of counter space, plus several cabinets. There's also a white subway tile backsplash and full-size stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher and a microwave above the stove.
Though one bedroom is narrower than the other, they both appear large enough to fit a queen-sized bed. One has a large window that seems to look out onto the other side of the building, while the other has two that look out onto the same brick wall seen from the living room.
The dark tan tiles in the bath look a bit dated, but the room looks to be in good condition and a decent size. It has tub and shower, a medicine cabinet with a nice light fixture above, and a good-sized vanity with a drawer.

The M2 bus stops nearby on Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Boulevard, and the nearest subways are the 2/3 at 135th Street and Lenox Avenue. Additionally, the B and C trains are about 10 minutes away on 135th Street and St. Nicholas Avenue.
