Now that the weather’s getting colder, a wood-burning fireplace, like the one at this Upper East Side studio, 215 East 73rd St., #2D, would probably be a great asset. But that's not the only clever feature here. The 612-square-foot apartment also has a separate dining alcove so you won’t have to figure out how to cram a table into the living room.
