Applications are open for 107 apartments in a new building at 2980 Park Ave., the Bronx, through the city housing lottery.
The apartments are studios, one bedrooms, two bedrooms, and three bedrooms set aside for people in several income brackets spanning $26,400-$96,800 for households of one to six individuals, with rents starting at $702 for a studio.
Building amenities listed include on-site laundry, bike parking, a community room, an energy recovery ventilation system for better air quality, water-saving fixtures, and energy-efficient appliances and light fixtures. There also will be facial-recognition building access.

The building, located at the corner of 153rd Street, is smoke free and pet free. The nearest trains are the 2, 4, and 5 at 149th Street-Grand Concourse. The building is one block from the Governor Smith Playground.
