Apply to rent a Williamsburg apartment for as little as $565 a month

Applications are open for 65 apartments in a new waterfront building on Kent Avenue in Williamsburg through the city housing lottery. 

The apartments are studios, one bedrooms, and two bedrooms, set aside for people in 15 income brackets, which span $21,257-$135,590 for households of one to four people, with rents starting at $565 for a studio.

The rest of the apartments in the 22-story building will rent for market rates. Building amenities listed include a gym, lounge, laundry, concierge, and a washer and dryer.

The building is one of three towers under development on the site, located just south of the Williamsburg Bridge between Broadway and South Eighth Street. The nearest trains are the J, M, and Z at Marcy Avenue.
