Applications are open for 103 apartments in a new building near Hudson Yards in Manhattan.
The apartments are studios and one and two bedrooms set aside for people in two income bands. In the lower segment, households making $22,903-$33,400 a year, studios will rent for $613 a month. The higher earners, households making $68,709-$125,160, will pay $1,949 a month for studios.
The building is a new, mixed-income development, and it's being marketed as luxury, with market-rate studios currently listed for around $4,200. With all of that that comes access to a bike repair station, a kids room, a library, a lounge, a game room, and laundry. For an additional fee, residents can access storage, bike storage, a gym, a pet spa, an arcade, a golf simulator, and a roof deck. There's also a full indoor basketball court and a rock-climbing wall.

The building is between Ninth and Tenth avenues, next to an entrance to the Lincoln Tunnel. The massive Hudson Yards project is rising just to the west. It's one long block to Penn Station, and two blocks to the B&H Photo megastore, for all you shutterbugs out there.
