Rent an apartment in Park Slope for as little as $642 a month
The city is taking applications for seven apartments in a handful of newly renovated buildings in Park Slope through the housing lottery.
The apartments are in four buildings that are part of a project to rehab 21 buildings in Park Slope and Gowanus for below-market-rate housing, with city and federal funding. These particular units are studios and one bedrooms set aside for one- and two-person households making $24,549-$45,840 a year. Rent starts at $642 a month for a studio for households making $24,549-$30,560 annually, and goes up to $1,000 a month for a one bedroom for households making $36,823-$45,840.
The buildings are at 643 President St., 579 Warren St., and 677 and 680 Union St. They are all near Fourth Avenue and close to the Union Street R station and/or Atlantic Terminal. Full eligibility and pricing details are here.
