Get on the waiting list for a $613 a month apartment in Hell's Kitchen
Applications are open for the discounted apartment waiting list at 455 West 37th St. in Hell's Kitchen, near the Lincoln Tunnel.
The waiting list is for studios and one and two bedrooms in an otherwise expensive building. The "affordable" apartments are set aside for households making $22,903-$38,160 a year, with rents starting at $613 a month, for a studio. Full income eligibility and rent details are here:
Apart from the housing lottery apartments, the building is a high-end rental where one bedrooms rent for around $4,000 a month, and a gym and party rooms are accessible for additional fees. The building also has a staffed lobby, an on-site manager, and a terrace. Developer and owner TF Cornerstone made our 2017 list of the 12 best Manhattan landlords, as determined by public data showing the buildings with the best maintenance records.
The building is at 10th Avenue, four blocks from the new Hudson Yards 7 station, and six blocks from Penn Station.
