Apply for a chance to rent an apartment in the Financial District for as little as $613 a month
Applications are open for 30 discounted apartments in a new luxury rental building in the Financial District through the city housing lottery.
The apartments at 60 Fulton St. are studios and one and two bedrooms, set aside for households making $22,903-$57,240 and $74,435-$124,020 a year. Studios will rent for $613 a month for the lower income band, and $2,116 a month for the upper one.

The building, called "Exhibit" by the developers, will include a gym, a yoga room, a roof deck and terrace, a lounge, a game room, a communal kitchen and dining room, wine storage, bike storage, regular storage, and laundry for additional fees. The game room is described as having pool and poker tables, and the lounge is supposed to have a big fireplace. The roof terrace is supposed to have an outdoor fireplace and a place to screen movies.
The building is a doorman building a block from the Fulton Street subway station, with service via the A, C, J, Z, 2, 3, 4, and 5 trains. The R and W are also nearby on Church Street.
