Applications are now open for 120 brand-new affordable rentals at the Compass Residences, a huge new complex in the Croton Park East section of the Bronx. According to a listing posted on NYC Housing Connect, the apartments are a mix of studios, one-bedrooms, two-bedrooms, and three-bedrooms, with some prices as low as $822/month renters within the qualify income range.

The Compass Residences are part of the much larger West Farms Redevelopment Plan, as 6sqft has reported, a major rezoning of an 11-block site that will eventually include 1,325 units of affordable housing, as well as community facilities and retail space.
Per the listing, amenities in this building will include parking in a nearby building, bike storage, a community room, a children's playground, laundry facilities, and both public and residents-only courtyards.
