Rounding up Brooklyn's new rental developments
With 70 percent of Brooklyn's residents renting rather than owning, the borough has a need for inventory, and developers have the inventory—and then some—to sate their thirst. These new rental developments are heavy on the amenities (play labs! pet spas!), place emphasis on outdoor space and features, and play with the unique vibe Brooklyn has. Below, a selection of new rental developments coming your way.
