Even as the city's luxury rental market cools down, there are still plenty of options for the renter looking to spend $5,000/month, whether you want a posh Midtown studio or more spacious digs in the outer boroughs fit for roommates and kids. Check out the options on the market this week:

FINANCIAL DISTRICT, MANHATTAN: One-bedroom, one-bath penthouse with wraparound windows and walk-in closet in a building with a roof deck, children's playroom, and arcade room, plus a complimentary membership to New York Health & Racquet Club, and full-service concierge at 2 Water Street (between Whitehall and Moore). $4,895/month.
