Get into this Greenwich house by the start of the school year
If you're hoping to move to the suburbs by the start of the 2016-2017 schoolyear, you'll need to get moving. But we imagine that the owners of this four-bedroom house with one full bathroom and two half-baths in Greenwich, Connecticut are motivated to close quickly, since it's been on the market for a while and already seen two price reductions.
It may not be one of the mult-million dollar estates for which Greenwich is known, but for well under $1 million, the value is there.
The kitchen has granite counters and stainless steel appliances. The family room has a built-in gas fireplace, and there's a mudroom with a washer and dryer and a wet bar, which happens to be adjacent to a stone patio (perfect for entertaining!). The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet.
In addition to the aforementioned patio, there is a fenced-in lawn, complete with swing set. The house has been re-plumbed, repainted and has updated electrical. Plus, it's part of the (highly rated) Parkway School district.
