Ready to move? No matter what size apartment you’re searching for, if your rental budget is $5,000 a month, you'll have a decent amount of choices—some with outdoor spaces—in Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens this week.

FINANCIAL DISTRICT, MANHATTAN: A one-bedroom, one-bath condo with multi-zone climate control and a washer and dryer in a doorman building near the New York Stock Exchange and the World Trade Center at 15 William Street (between Beaver and Exchange). $5,000/month

EAST VILLAGE, MANHATTAN: A two-bedroom, two-bath co-op with exposed brick and two working fireplaces, plus a washer and dryer on the second floor of a four-story building at 222 East 11th Street (between Second and Third). $5,000/month

CHELSEA, MANHATTAN: A one-bedroom, one-bath loft condo with 11-foot ceilings and a separate sleeping area; the building has laundry facilities on the floor on which the unit is located, and also has a doorman, a children’s playroom, plus a Whole Foods directly downstairs at 252 Seventh Avenue (between West 24th and West 25th). $5,000/month (shortest lease term is six months)

FORT GREENE, BROOKLYN: A three-bedroom, one-bath loft with exposed wooden beams and stainless steel appliances in an elevator building at 163 Carlton Avenue (between Myrtle and Willoughby). $5,000/month

FOREST HILLS, QUEENS: A renovated four-bedroom, three-bath house with a fenced yard, slate patio, and porch at 33 Bow Street (between 71st Avenue and 71st Road). $5,000/month
