StreetEasy’s Most Wanted: Million dollar baby…er…apartments
Have seven figures to spare on an apartment? You're not the only one. Four apartments in this week's Most Wanted--the 10 sales listings saved more often than any others by those browsing StreetEasy this week--ring in at over a million dollars.
A $1.069 million two-bedroom, two-bathroom co-op (pictured) on West 70th Street between Riverside Boulevard and West End Avenue in Lincoln Square, near Riverside Park and the Hudson River Promenade, has a home office and a Miele stacked washer-dryer. The prewar co-op has a live-in super and allows pets.
Further north, another Upper West Side apartment makes an appearance on the Most Wanted. A three-bedroom, two-bathroom prewar co-op on West 87th (between Amsterdam and Columbus Avenues), listed at $1.795 million, has open city views, a maid’s room/den and a windowed, totally renovated eat-kitchen with a six-burner Viking stove and a Bosch dishwasher and W/D. The doorman building allows pets.
Downtown in the East Village on Fourth Avenue between East Ninth and East 10th Avenues is a two-bedroom, two-bath co-op loft with a price tag of $1.995 million.
