Pros: The apartment has condo finishes and central heat and A/C. Guarantors/co-signers are accepted. Free amenities include a doorman, FreshDirect delivery room, Olympic-sized indoor pool, saunas, gym children's playroom, daycare, billiard room and more. On-site indoor parking is available for an additional fee.

Cons: The neighborhood is not quite Williamsburg-level of hip... yet. Some might feel it's a little out of the way, which explains all the amenities... making up for a lack of neighborhood conveniences.
