This nearly 500-square-foot studio at 45 Wall Street offers all the building amenities for which the Financial District has become known, plus a monthly rent of $2,325.

Pros: The apartment has extra high ceilings and oversized windows. Building amenities include a wrap terrace (pictured), a health club called Club 45, a private putting green, and complimentary fitness center.

Cons: The touristy Financial District is not for everyone. During the week, things are busy/crowded, but on the weekends the pace slows down considerably.
