The Siderow Organization is offering one-month free rent on renovated apartments in two buildings on the Upper East Side. At 30 East End Avenue (between E. 80th & 81st Streets), an elevator doorman building with a gym and central air conditioning in the apartments, three apartments are available: a studio for $1,696, a one-bedroom for $2,450, and a two-bedroom for $3,550. At 192 East 75th Street (between Lexington and Third Avenue) two apartments are available in a pre-war elevator building with a live-in super: A one-bedroom for $2,450 and a two-bedroom for $3,750 (with a fireplace). Both buildings are pet-friendly.
