If you are a serious home entertainer, cringe at the sight of unused space, or just love to sit, the totally over-the-top built-in seating at this $5.8 million Flatiron condo could hit the spot.

In some ways it feels more like a nightclub than apartment, but wow, talk about a great party spot!
