how many co-ops are using the the original building owner / offering plan converter as their managing agent 10-20 years later?
just was wondering how many co-ops have weaned off the the offering plan owner as managing agent.
i wanted to get rid of them 10 years ago, and yet there seems to be more hanky panky with getting the new mortgage from the managing agent owners bank.
