This edition of the Open House Scorecard--the 10 sales listings StreetEasy users saved more often than any others this weekend--features apartments in all sorts of popular nabes, like Brooklyn Heights, Prospect Heights, Midtown West, West Village, Upper West Side, in buildings that are close to a number of conveniences and some of New York City's most famous landmarks.

On the Upper West Side, this $1.299m two-bedroom, two-bathroom co-op at 150 West End Avenue, in the Lincoln Towers complex, is steps from Lincoln Center, Central Park and the Beacon Theater. The renovated corner unit (pictured) with a balcony and south and west views of the city also has attractive building amenities, such as a health club, children’s playroom, full-time doorman, concierge, garage, two private playgrounds, and a private and gated five-acre park with picnic tables and a basketball court. Electric is included in the $2,189/month maintenance.

Over in Brooklyn Heights on Henry Street (between Clark and Pierrepont) is a $1.25m three-bedroom, two-bathroom co-op that’s near the 2, 3, R, 4, 5, A and C trains. The building is also close to the Promenade, Zagat-rated dining on Montague, and the newly renovated Squib and Brooklyn Bridge Parks. The apartment itself is a floor-thru located on the third floor of a brownstone that has high ceilings, a working fireplace, a Juliet balcony and central a/c, not to mention a washer and dryer. But furry friends aren’t allowed.

Also in Brooklyn, this time in Prospect Heights, you’ll find a $399k one-bedroom, one-bath co-op on Lincoln Place and Washington Avenue. The pet-friendly walk-up building is a stone’s throw from the 2 and 3 trains, and a short walk from the 4, 5, Q and B trains. Plus, the Brooklyn Museum, Brooklyn Botanical Gardens and Prospect Park are all nearby. Eateries and shopping can be found on Washington, Vanderbilt and Franklin Avenues. The apartment itself is located on the top floor, but the $550 maintenance is low and you have the option of installing a W/D (common laundry facilities are located in the basement).

On Greenwich and Perry Streets in the West Village, near Hudson River Park, the new Equinox Fitness with a rooftop pool, as well as a number of eateries you'll find this one-bedroom, one-bathroom co-op on the market for $740k. The cherry on top is that there’s no board approval necessary. The corner unit has windows in every room, and the kitchen, which has a dishwasher, was recently renovated. There’s also a gated courtyard garden for residents, which has a grill and water feature. The apartment is a two-flight walk-up. A tenant is currently in place, paying $3,695/month, so this can serve as an investment purchase, or you can move in yourself.

A $950k two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo in Midtown West is located on West 54th Street and 10th Avenue, and you can walk to Lincoln Center, Broadway theaters, Columbus Circle, Hudson River Park and Central Park. The unit offers open city views from every room, and the en-suite master bath features a Jacuzzi. There’s no doorman, but there is keyed elevator access.
