If location is more important to you than apartment size, this $4,150 two-bedroom in trendy NoLiTa may be just right for you. Note: It's not available until August 1.

Pros: The building has an elevator and laundry. In addition to the aforementioned trendy location, the kitchen is renovated, and although there's no doorman, there is a Virtual Doorman system.

Cons:  The kitchen has a small oven and considering the fact that there are no pictures of the bedrooms, we're guessing they're small too.
