Got two kids (or a yen to sprawl)? Then grab a pen, because this week’s edition of StreetEasy’s Most Wanted -- the 10 sales listings StreetEasy users saved more often than any others this week -- features three apartments that either have or can have three bedrooms.

On East 83rd between Lexington and Third, there’s a three-bedroom, three-bathroom co-op on the market for $1.895m. The unit consists of two apartments that have been combined into one. The master bedroom includes a dressing room, WIC with custom built-ins and a bathroom with a floor-to-ceiling cabinet and a step-in shower. The two other bedrooms each have a private bathroom. The windowed kitchen’s been renovated and has a wine cooler and two ovens, as well as a full-sized stackable W/D. Maintenance is $2,937/month and there's an assessment of $105.40/month until June 2014, as well as a waitlist for rentable private storage units.

Over on the Upper West Side on 89th between Broadway and West End Avenue is a new-to-market, prewar $999k two-bedroom, two-bathroom co-op with a flexible layout, so the living room/formal dining room can be converted into a third bedroom. The apartment also has oversized south- and west-facing windows for lots of natural light. It’s a few minutes from Central Park and a couple steps from Riverside Park. The doorman only works part time and we suspect it may need some updating, as the listing lacks pictures of the bathrooms and kitchen.

On West End Avenue and West 93rd, also on the UWS, you’ll find a $1.395m two-bedroom, two-bathroom co-op that can be converted into a three-bedroom. The living and dining space can be split and used a third bedroom or home office. The kitchen includes a pantry and a washer-dryer is allowed with board approval. The building has a 24-hour doorman, a live-in super and a kid’s playroom, as well as a landscaped roof deck. Plus, it’s near the 1, 2, and 3 subway and Riverside Park.
