Having laundry facilities in your building, if not  your apartment, is not always an option available to renters in Manhattan, but it is in three of the apartments in this week's Hot Dozen--the 12 rental apartments Streeteasy.com visitors clicked on most often over the past seven days.

A two-bedroom apartment at 94 Chambers Street and Church Street is listed at $4,500/month. The Tribeca apartment boasts a gorgeous chef's kitchen and an entirely renovated 1,500 square feet of living space. The apartment has its own laundry room, making the act of doing laundry even more painless.

Though the laundry room isn't inside the apartment (but downstairs instead), this $8,250 three-bedroom apartment at 95-97 Horatio Street and Washington Street has plenty of other amenities. There's a doorman, elevator, concierge, live-in super, a gym, parking, and storage, making the apartment the ultimate in West Village luxury if you can you afford the high price tag, not to mention the broker's fee.

On the other end of the spectrum, it's too late to rent a one-bedroom, two-year sublet at 309 West 109th Street and Broadway listed at a low $1,400/month. It's around the corner from the subway and a short walk from Columbia University. And yep, there are laundry facilities downstairs.

If the apartment you like requires a guarantor that you don't have, see if the landlord accepts Insurent, a great solution from one of BrickUnderground's sponsors.
